At an early age, I learned the art of baking and cooking, in my homeland Morocco, over there, making homemade bread, baking sweet treats and cooking is a crucial thing, it is an art of survival, which every little girl should know before getting married.
In 2018, I started La Dorure website, with enthusiasm and passion for baking, aimed at the novice baker, apprentice, or hobbyist. I like so much to write, search, taste, and share the best recipes for cooking, baking, and cake decorating [which I’m fond of…!]
